We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders or there is a chance of any delay we will let you know by one of the following methods, on this policy (right below), via email or on website.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is processed you will receive confirmation that your order is fulfilled and tracking information. We will then ship your package within 24hrs of said email (excluding weekends/holidays, then we will ship the following business day).

Lost

Gemini Blue is not liable for any packages lost during shipping. You can either contact the courier (Australia Post) to start a claim or contact us directly to start a claim admin@geminiblue.com.au
